  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. I’ve used them before and had a positive experience, but this time was a complete disaster. I contacted them immediately after discovering a leak in my commercial building and requested an estimate for a new roof. It took over a week for someone to finally come out and assess the damage, and then another ten days after that to receive an estimate – which I never actually got. When I questioned the delay, I was met with a dismissive and frankly rude response about “procrastinators.” I contacted them the day after the leak occurred, and the whole process was unbelievably slow and frustrating. I’ll be using a different company to handle my roof repairs. report abuse

  Honestly, the initial quote was fantastic – professional, detailed, and delivered quickly. However, after we accepted the bid, we never heard back and the job was never started. Despite numerous assurances, we waited throughout the entire summer with no progress, and now we’re facing a serious problem with a leaky roof as snow is falling. It’s incredibly frustrating and it feels like they simply didn’t prioritize our project or care about their customers’ needs. report abuse

  “I contacted Story Roofing in April to get a repair done on my roof, and they informed me they wouldn't be available until mid-May. They scheduled a repair for May 16th through 18th, but as of today, May 20th, they haven't shown up or even contacted me.” report abuse

  “I have serious concerns about this contractor. A recent employee reported using crack cocaine on the job, and it’s been brought to my attention that this behavior occurred at his previous drywall company as well. Frankly, I’m very uncomfortable with this situation and wouldn't recommend hiring this company due to these troubling reports.” report abuse
