  Overall, I had a really positive experience working with True North. It was great that they were one of the few surveying companies in the area who responded to my initial call and had a helpful, friendly representative. They were also very transparent about the costs and even suggested I could potentially save money by using my existing surveyor. The only thing that could have been better was the need for them to visit the property twice to complete the survey and flagging. While I appreciated their thoroughness, the internal communication could have been smoother – I was fortunate to be home when the second visit happened, as it would have required a third trip to finalize the property line flagging. report abuse
