  Roy and his team were absolutely fantastic – honestly, the best we could have hoped for when renovating our garage. We’d gotten several quotes, and Roy immediately stood out because of his thoroughness and competitive pricing. He really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, walking us through different options and coming up with some brilliant solutions. During the whole project, his team did an amazing job, and the finished garage is exactly what we envisioned. Roy was incredibly hands-on, constantly checking in and making sure we were happy. He was so responsive, always getting back to us within hours, even on weekends, and he was just so easy to talk to. He even stepped in to sort out a really tricky situation with a supplier when the wrong window was delivered – it was fantastic to have someone so proactive and dedicated. It was clear from the start that Roy’s priority was our satisfaction, and his communication skills were truly exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. report abuse

It’s clear many homeowners don’t have a lot of experience navigating projects like this, and that’s where Mike and his team truly shine. They provided the peace of mind we desperately needed during a significant investment. Mike went above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way, offering alternative solutions when unexpected issues arose – like coordinating with the inspector or figuring out the perfect placement for a light fixture. He was committed to sticking to the initial 5-6 month timeline, though unfortunately, delays were caused by the city’s permit process. Despite this, we were always notified well in advance. What really set them apart was their willingness to be involved. Mike welcomed our questions and feedback, often stopping by to check in and make sure we were happy with the progress. It truly felt like a partnership, and we appreciated their dedication to ensuring our vision became a reality.   Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic! We were looking at several contractors for our remodel, but from the start, Mike stood out – he was so responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He really took the time to walk us through the whole process, even helping us choose all the finishes. The crew did an amazing job too; they were incredibly careful to protect the rest of our house and cleaned up thoroughly each day. The result is a completely transformed bathroom – it looks absolutely stunning, like it’s straight out of a showroom! Mike was always available and answered our questions quickly.   “I couldn’t be more thrilled with the renovation Four Seasons did for my condo! Honestly, I was a little hesitant at the beginning, having heard so many contractors were unavailable, but I’m so glad I took a chance. From the moment I met Mike Litman, the owner, I just had a really good feeling about him. And he completely delivered. He estimated the project would take about three months, and he finished it right on time. Mike was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process – he’d text, call, or even send pictures and videos of the progress, even while I was on vacation! He was so open to my questions and requests, and although he wasn’t a designer, he offered some really helpful suggestions based on his experience. There were definitely some unexpected challenges with the HOA and neighbors, but Mike handled everything with such professionalism and patience, and he quickly resolved a tricky permit issue. Most importantly, he made sure I was completely happy with the work, addressing every detail to my satisfaction.   Four Seasons Builders did an absolutely fantastic job transforming our home! They completely remodeled our kitchen and bathroom, and even added a beautiful built-in office with plenty of storage – along with a dedicated laundry area. From start to finish, the quality of their work was outstanding, and Mike’s team really listened to our vision and executed it perfectly. They took our small, outdated bathroom and completely revamped it, creating a much more open and functional space by rearranging the layout. And the built-in office and storage cabinets are both incredibly well-designed and a huge improvement. The laundry area is seamlessly integrated and works perfectly with the rest of the room. Throughout the entire process, Mike kept us fully informed, and he was always incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. What really stood out was his honesty – he provided accurate cost estimates and gave us plenty of advance notice if any unexpected issues arose, which took a huge weight off our minds.   Mike and FSB did an absolutely fantastic job with our kitchen remodel! They tackled a pretty big project – removing a load-bearing wall – and managed to keep things moving smoothly with very few delays. Honestly, it was a complete mess at times (haha!), but they handled everything brilliantly.
