  I was really pleased with the work Miguel and his partner did installing the 15 windows in my house. They were both incredibly professional and did a fantastic job – everything was clean, neatly trimmed, and looks absolutely beautiful. It’s only been a day, but I’m so far very happy with Window World, especially considering the price was really good, and the quality is excellent too. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Window World. I recently replaced my French patio door with a sliding door and did my research before selecting them – and it paid off. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with – the salesperson, the installers, and even customer service – was incredibly professional and courteous. The installers were particularly impressive. They not only removed the old door efficiently, but they also discovered a significant amount of water damage underneath the step, which they clearly communicated to me. They addressed the issue expertly, cutting out the damaged area, sourcing new materials, and completing a thorough waterproofing job before finishing the installation.   Overall, the window replacement went really well. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, and the lifetime warranty on the windows gave me a lot of confidence. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient – they completed the job in a single day, which was fantastic. My only minor note is that they didn’t include trim repainting as part of the service, and I’m happy to handle that myself. The quality of the windows and the finish work is truly outstanding. After the installation, Barry took the time to walk us through everything, explained the warranty, and let us inspect the work.   I had been seeing Window World commercials for a while and decided to get a quote to compare with a previous, very high-priced estimate from Renewal by Andersen. I spoke with Nick at the Topsfield Fair, who was incredibly helpful and reassuring – he really put me at ease, especially since I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past. He quoted me half the price of the Renewal estimate for replacing five windows, including my bow window. It turns out the bow window wasn't actually a true bow window, requiring the windows to be pulled out individually, which further reduced the cost to a third of the Renewal price! The installation team, Miguel and his helper, did an absolutely fantastic job. They even cleverly encased the old wood with vinyl to match the new windows. My parents were blown away by the transformation – it’s completely modernized my home and is so much more energy-efficient. Honestly, it’s wonderful to finally have beautiful, new windows instead of the old ones with all the paint chips and mold. I highly recommend Window World – they did a truly exceptional job! report abuse
