  I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience purchasing a Holland Grill. I bought it on June 8th, 2017, and unfortunately, it started a fire on my deck due to a faulty part. I immediately contacted the company, sent pictures of the damage and where it occurred, and was assured they’d inform their Holland representative. Despite this, they refused to replace the grill, stating they don’t accept returns for used grills. I followed up with numerous messages and even met with staff, but as of July 12th, I still haven’t received any parts. They simply told me there was a backorder and the earliest they could get it fixed was next week, without offering any compensation for the inconvenience. Honestly, if a company can't stand behind its products, I would strongly advise against buying from them. report abuse

  Honestly, I wasn’t happy with the service. The guy just walked right into the house and pool area without even a knock – that felt really intrusive. Plus, the advice he gave was pretty poor, and his customer service wasn’t great. I wouldn’t recommend him. report abuse

  Overall, this place is great – the staff is really helpful and knowledgeable, and they offer free water testing which is fantastic. My only suggestion would be that the prices on the pool supplies are quite a bit higher than what you’d find elsewhere, like at Menards for example. report abuse
