  Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the recent RbA window and sliding door installation. With the addition of these nine new units – bringing our home to have all RbA products – we’ve now completed the project. Mike and his team were outstanding; our neighbor was even impressed watching them install two windows, noting their careful attention to detail and how they cleaned up afterward. Honestly, they did an outstanding job – it looked even better than before they started. Everyone was incredibly professional and polite, and we really appreciated the small details like making sure the door didn't slam when they were carrying things. We were particularly impressed that they even pointed out a scratched window they found and have already taken care of getting it replaced.   “I cannot recommend Renewal by Andersen. Honestly, I think you’d be making a huge mistake if you chose to go with them. I’ve had a truly terrible experience, and I strongly advise against putting your trust in them. They caused significant damage to my stucco and home, and when I brought it to their attention, they simply pointed to the waiver and said it was my responsibility. Don’t rely on their ratings – they’re not a genuine reflection of their work. Find a company that actually stands behind their work and guarantees they'll repair any damage they cause.” report abuse

  I couldn’t be happier with the new Andersen Renewal windows I just had installed. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. Everyone I dealt with was so professional, friendly, and really knowledgeable about the products. The windows themselves are absolutely stunning – I was blown away by how beautiful they look! What really impressed me was how quickly they got the job done; they completed the installation of three casement windows in record time.   “We were so impressed with the whole installation process! The team was fantastic – they always called us about 30 minutes before they arrived each day, which was incredibly convenient. They were incredibly professional, putting down protective cloths throughout the house and meticulously cleaning up after themselves every day. And at the end, they gave us a fantastic tour of our new windows and patio door, and honestly, the house looked better than when they started!
