The team was consistently professional, showing up daily to keep us updated on their progress and offering valuable guidance throughout the whole process.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the work the team did installing our prefinished hardwood floors. They’re a small, family-run business and it really showed – they were so attentive to our needs and incredibly professional. They completely took care of everything, from scheduling the work around our busy lives to moving our furniture and removing the old carpeting. The floors themselves look fantastic, and the workmanship is truly excellent. We especially appreciated how they kept us updated on the progress and were quick to address a couple of minor issues that came up. They were reliable, responsive, and just a pleasure to work with. It was all done in just four days, and we’re thrilled with the beautiful results!
