  “We were really pleased with the service we received from Bay Point Heating and Cooling. This summer, our 32-year-old boiler unexpectedly failed, and we also had a leak with our old central AC unit using R-22 – it was definitely nearing the end of its lifespan. Thanks to a MASS SAVE assessment, we were able to get a rebate and decided to replace both the boiler and water heater with a combi unit, along with upgrading our central AC to a heat pump and adding a separate split system for the downstairs. Sam from Bay Point gave us a fantastic quote, and the whole team – especially Sam – were incredibly courteous and professional; they treated our home like their own. Sam was always available to answer our questions and walk us through everything. Now that the new systems are installed and working perfectly, we’re thrilled with the quality of their workmanship and the performance of the equipment. We wholeheartedly recommend Bay Point Heating and Cooling – they’re truly a standout company and a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other contractors out there.” report abuse

  I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience we had with Bay Point! Seriously, I’m still buzzing from it – I was just finishing up the review! Sam and his team were absolutely brilliant. They were so efficient, really considerate of our little 4-month-old, and incredibly skilled. They completely worked around her nap times and even when her sleeping spot changed, they were so understanding and kind. It was amazing!   “I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the work Bay Point did to replace our old gas heating system. We were looking for a way to fix our failing system and also add air conditioning to our 100-year-old house, and after an energy audit and learning about the MassSave rebates, we started getting quotes. Bay Point’s Sam gave us by far the best quote – nearly $10,000 less than the other companies we contacted. His team installed a fantastic ducted mini-split system in our attic, including all new ductwork, and the whole job was done in just two days! Sam even followed up to walk us through the system and show us the handy WiFi app. He’s also taken care of all the paperwork and rebates through the MassSave HEAT loan, which was a huge relief.   Sam and his team really knocked it out of the park. They delivered a fantastic whole-home ductless system – two outdoor units and seven indoor ones – perfectly on time and within budget.
