  Howard and the team there were absolutely fantastic – seriously the quickest and easiest unload I’ve experienced. They raised the dock plate right away and got me unloaded before I even turned off the truck. Got a full load of fiberglass insulation out in just 30 minutes. Highly recommend! report abuse

  I'm incredibly frustrated with this experience. We scheduled a spray foam application over a week ago, and after spending three hours moving everything out of our business, we received a last-minute message fifteen minutes before they were supposed to arrive stating that the foam hadn't been delivered on Friday. To be completely honest, I should have been contacted immediately when this issue arose. Now I’m back to square one, having to move everything again, and I’m left with no clear timeline for getting this job done. This is completely unacceptable and a huge waste of my time. report abuse

  Overall, the job done by Rick and Karen Rossi, and particularly their son, was really well executed. Rick, the original installer, did a fantastic job five years later, working quickly and efficiently, especially considering the challenging conditions below deck with those strong winds. The follow-up fiberglass crew was also great – the lead man was a serious, hardworking guy who tackled the job himself, and his second was a bit distracted. The finished product was excellent, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I just wanted to offer a small suggestion: it’s important for the team to be mindful of scheduling and prioritizing. As a former football coach, I know how crucial it is to work together and plan effectively. While I appreciate their dedication, a bit more consideration for personal commitments would be beneficial. It’s about recognizing that everyone is part of a team, and a successful outcome depends on everyone pulling their weight. report abuse
