  “I was extremely disappointed with the work performed by this electrical team. Their conduct was unprofessional – they left the jobsite in a disorganized and unsafe state, including leaving exposed wires and improper motor wiring. The foreman’s behavior was also concerning; he acted more like a colleague than a supervisor, relying on an apprentice to complete the work without proper oversight or adherence to safety codes. Furthermore, attempts to address these issues through the office were completely ignored – we received no response to our calls or emails.   I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received. The technician was shockingly lazy – he left his Dunkin’ Donuts trash right at my door, and then he was completely unresponsive and rude. He was actually shouting and using inappropriate language on the phone while I was present with my children, which was completely unacceptable. To add to the problem, he repeatedly told the person he was speaking with that “you work for me,” a truly disrespectful and belittling thing to say to anyone, regardless of their role. Honestly, the whole experience was lazy, dirty, and deeply disrespectful – I would strongly advise everyone to avoid using this service. report abuse
