  “I was really worried about my home’s security, and thankfully, [Company Name] was able to help me get cameras installed quickly. I contacted them on a Saturday – it was due to some unexpected circumstances on Friday – and Erik was incredibly understanding. He came out that same afternoon to assess the situation and was able to arrange for a crew to be there first thing Sunday morning. The crew was fantastic – so professional, courteous, and they did a really thorough and efficient job.   “Overall, we were really pleased with the work these guys did. The wiring for our cameras, particularly the installation in the wall to the basement, was done incredibly cleanly and professionally. They took their time and did a fantastic job. However, we did have a small hiccup – the cameras didn't initially connect after they finished. But Eric, one of the team members, was fantastic; he quickly returned and resolved the issue without any hassle. It’s a really great company, and we’d definitely recommend them.” report abuse

  “The owner visited our home for about two hours, took a look around, and said he’d get back to us. However, we didn’t hear from him for over two weeks, and despite calling him twice, he never returned our calls.   “We’ve had a frustrating experience with this company. They’ve contacted us four times since 2017, initially installing cameras on a piece of equipment we later replaced. Now we need the cameras reinstalled, but the owner, Eric, refused to handle the job, claiming it was ‘dirty work.’ It’s disappointing that they weren’t willing to complete the work we originally requested.” report abuse
