Gary Duquette was fantastic – he took the time to really understand our needs, even coming to our house to discuss the best location for the pool and meticulously measuring everything with us. He was so knowledgeable, personable, and just made the whole process feel comfortable. Then, Peter Morrill, the general manager, handled all the contract and financing, keeping us informed with helpful videos and emails. Everything just flowed so smoothly. And the best part? Our pool was completely installed in just one day! The contractors were incredibly professional and efficient, working tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. We've been pool owners for a long time, and after waiting over a year for an installation, we were thrilled with Ambassador Pools. Honestly, we wouldn't have made such a quick decision without his enthusiasm. The installation team did an absolutely brilliant job, and we got exactly what we were hoping for. And Greg, the service manager, was incredible! He went above and beyond, even helping us troubleshoot things over FaceTime and then he personally showed up on a Saturday to help.   I want to give a huge shout-out to Ambassador Pools – they’ve been fantastic for me, even after five years of having my pool! This past year and last, I’ve really appreciated how easy it is to find the little things I need, and Greg Boggs has always been there to help, completely free of charge. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and patient, and I’ve found his guidance invaluable as I’m still learning how to properly care for my pool.   “We absolutely love our Ambassador pool! It’s been fantastic for our family – we’re now in our fourth season and it’s amazing how little maintenance it takes to keep it looking crystal clear.   “We absolutely loved our new Ambassador Pool! We got it installed last June and spent the whole summer enjoying it. Dante, our sales rep, really delivered on his promise – the whole process was so smooth and easy. They had everything ready to go, with supplies arriving the day before and the installation team coming the next day. We went with the saltwater system, and it’s been fantastic; the computer alerts us when we need more salt, and we haven’t had to add any in six months! Honestly, maintenance is incredibly simple – just a quick clean of the small filter weekly and the big one monthly. It’s amazing how little upkeep it requires. We definitely felt like we got our money's worth, and Ambassador Pools’ customer service was fantastic – they were always quick to answer our questions and resolve any issues.
