He’s incredibly responsive to our needs and always meets our deadlines, which is fantastic given we have 66 units and a complex infrastructure.   “I was really disappointed with this plumber’s service. It took weeks to even get him to schedule an appointment, and he arrived hours late without letting me know. I honestly started to think he wasn’t going to show up. While he did make the issue look better, he didn’t actually solve the underlying problem. After that, I tried to follow up to discuss a proper solution, but he never returned my calls. I’m now stuck with an invoice for work that wasn’t needed, and I’m looking for a more reliable and responsive plumber.” report abuse

  Tim has been fantastic for us. We own a seasonal property in York, Maine, and he’s always taken care of turning on our water each year when the town installs the meters and closing it off before winter.   “I was so frustrated when I got home from vacation to find my hot water heater wasn’t working. I spent hours trying to relight the pilot, but nothing. Then I found out my large propane company was completely booked for four days! Luckily, I was able to find a local plumber, Tim, through Google. He called me back almost immediately, though he couldn’t get there that day. He arrived the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and quietly – I was even sleeping when he was working!
