Kathy’s experience with Island Home Builders, specifically with Marlon, was absolutely fantastic. She went through a lot of contractors before choosing Marlon, largely because of strong recommendations and his incredibly detailed approach – he really took the time to walk her through the entire process, from the plans and costs to the challenges of building on the water. Ultimately, Kathy couldn't have asked for a better result. The house was built exactly on time and without any unexpected expenses. She was constantly impressed by the cleanliness and organization at the construction site, and she’s thrilled with the high quality of the finished product. When she finally got the keys, the house was completely move-in ready – spotless, beautifully cleaned, and ready for her to settle in. Kathy feels incredibly lucky to have found Marlon and Island Home Builders – she genuinely believes they’re one of the best!
