We received estimates from salesperson Carlos, who brought carpet samples to our home, and followed up with the owner, Matt. Despite the initial price Carlos quoted, Matt presented the same price. When we went to the showroom to look at different colors, Matt admitted Carlos had made a mistake and didn't seem to know his products well. He then showed us a much cheaper carpet option – essentially a rug – for $2.69. My wife felt the whole process felt like a classic “con” – they brought samples to your home to show you higher-quality options, then install a much lower-quality carpet, knowing some people might fall for a good deal and get stuck with a poor product. We definitely wouldn’t recommend getting an estimate or putting down a deposit with this company.” report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with my experience today. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive. He immediately made me feel like a nuisance for simply comparing quotes – I’d actually had another company measure my home a year ago and was just exploring options. When I explained I wasn’t ready to commit and wanted to consider all my choices, he accused me of being rude and wasting his time. It felt incredibly disrespectful, and frankly, unprofessional. I’m making a significant investment in my home and deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, not shut down for shopping around. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. report abuse

  I had a really frustrating experience here. I was hoping to find some matching tiles, but the owner wasn't helpful at all. He just left me waiting for a long time while he was on the phone, and then he demanded I tell him the product names instead of looking them up himself. To top it off, he got incredibly upset when I took a picture of the tiles and accused me of getting the wrong pictures and not knowing the brand. It was completely unprofessional and frankly, a terrible customer service experience. report abuse
