  I had a really frustrating experience trying to rent equipment from the Gilbert store. The guy, Chase, seemed completely uninterested and dismissive. When I explained what I needed, he just shut me down and told me it was “his store.” It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I ended up driving to the Chandler Home Depot to rent the same equipment – the Gilbert store’s customer service was truly awful. I won’t be calling them again. report abuse
