Ross arrived within a couple of hours after I called around midday, quickly assessed the problem, gave me a clear estimate, and fixed it in under two hours. What really impressed me was how clearly he explained everything and he even pointed out what the previous installer had done wrong. He completely resolved the issue, got my water flowing again, and even managed to give me an invoice that was significantly cheaper than the initial quote.   Herbert has been absolutely fantastic – I wanted to give him a huge thank you and really emphasize how impressed I am. I’ve used him for a few different plumbing jobs around the house, and he’s consistently been professional, respectful, and, most importantly, incredibly trustworthy. Honestly, you don't often find contractors you can rely on completely, and Herbert is one of those people. He always returns calls promptly, keeps you updated on his arrival, and gets the job done right – he fixed three separate plumbing issues for me, even suggesting an extra repair that I hadn’t even thought of! He was quick, efficient, and his communication was excellent.   “I was so relieved to find Ross and Brendan when our water heater and furnace finally gave out! We’d heard fantastic things about them, and from the very first phone call, the lady was just wonderful – so patient and helpful as I explained the problem. They quickly gave me a fair quote and a clear plan for getting someone out to take a look. They arrived the next day, which was a huge relief with the weather dropping, and Ross and Brendan were incredibly efficient in putting together the final price. Once the new equipment was delivered, they were back in within two days – seriously, they were the most hardworking people I’ve ever seen!   Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Arizona Best Plumbers. I was in a really stressful situation needing a gas dryer switched to propane, and they were a lifesaver! They managed to get someone out to me within a few days, and Brendan and Matthew went above and beyond – they explained everything clearly and even helped me prepare so I could save money. I had to order a specific part for my dryer, which I got quickly through Amazon, and they were ready to install it the next day! They also tackled a problem with my toilet with a positive attitude and remained incredibly professional. Seriously, they were such a breath of fresh air.   Honestly, I was a little hesitant to try a new plumbing company, but I’m so glad we went with Arizona Best Plumbers. They were incredibly responsive and had a team at my house within hours – a huge relief! Brendan, Matthew, and Ross were fantastic – really professional, honest, and just so polite.
