  Overall, the experience with the furnace repair was pretty good, but there were a few frustrating aspects. They responded quickly after I called about the issue in late November, and Eric, the technician, was fantastic – he was incredibly professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He really saved the day. However, it took six days to get the replacement part and another six days to return it, which was a bit long. The biggest issue was the cost; they charged $80 an hour and added a 33% upcharge on the part itself. While I appreciate the service and Eric’s expertise, the final bill was quite a surprise, and I’d recommend customers research potential costs beforehand to avoid a sticker shock. report abuse
