  “Overall, the experience with this company was pretty frustrating. They replaced the side glass, both front and back doors, but there were some significant issues. The new glass in the doors ended up causing the locking mechanisms to jam, and my wife had to take the truck back to have it cleared out and fixed. Worse still, they damaged one of the window visors and scratched the other. The back glass has a noticeable amount of play when moving it up and down, and the front glass is also loose in its frame. Because of these problems, the truck will need to go back to them for another repair.” report abuse

He’s been there for a long time and provides genuinely excellent customer service. He really understands how things work in the real world and always goes out of his way to help people.
