  Tom was fantastic to work with – he really listened to what we wanted for our bathroom remodel, stair update, and new front door. He put together some great ideas and got straight to work, and the finished result was absolutely stunning.   “Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the work completed. He took the insurance money but didn’t finish the job properly – the drywall is substandard and there was no new subfloor installed. Worse, he submitted a bill to the insurance company for work that wasn't actually done. The job site was left in a terrible state, and he refused to cover the plumbing and electrical bills. His schedule was also incredibly unreliable, limiting his visits to just once a week for two hours, followed by two-week gaps. It felt like a very difficult and frustrating experience.” report abuse
