What really stood out was their willingness to walk you through whatever you’re doing and show you the best way to do it – even suggesting simpler methods. Plus, their weekend deals are unbeatable!   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience renting equipment from this place. I won’t be returning and I strongly advise against anyone else using their services. The manager, Shane, was completely dishonest; he initially quoted me one price and then drastically changed it after I rented the equipment. Despite paying the revised amount, they’re still pursuing a bill – it’s completely unreasonable. Adding to the frustration, I’ve been unable to reach anyone in the office, no matter how many times I’ve called. Plus, the office isn’t even local, making it even harder to resolve the issue. I've heard from other business owners in town that they also avoid renting from this place, and it seems like this is a consistent problem with Wyoming Rents. report abuse
