  “The installation was completed over two days. The first day went smoothly – they took good care to protect the floors with drop cloths. However, on the second day, there was no protection, and a lot of mud tracked in, along with a hole cut in the drywall without any cleanup.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. I was led on a false hope for over a week while waiting for a quote, and I spent countless hours calling only to be repeatedly told it was ‘on the desk’ or ‘would be ready tomorrow.’ Honestly, the customer service was the worst I’ve ever received. While I try to be understanding, the constant delays and misleading information were completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.” report abuse

  I was incredibly concerned by the way this company conducted itself. They repeatedly lied to me, presented fabricated photos, and even made threatening statements about having my furnace condemned. It escalated to the point where they contacted the city attempting to force a condemnation – something that simply required a basic filter replacement. I was left with no choice but to hire another plumber to remove the furnace myself and prove their actions were nothing more than a blatant scam. report abuse
