  “We were really struggling with the heat – it was over 90 degrees and our air conditioning just stopped working. After a lot of calls, we finally found a solution with Casper Tin Shop. The first company was very helpful and explained that a new unit might be necessary, but the second company was fantastic! They really took the time to diagnose the problem, fixed it quickly, and got our house back down to 88 degrees. Honestly, they saved us a huge amount of money – over $2000 that day.   “We had a really frustrating experience with Arrowhead, unfortunately. We paid for a maintenance service in August of 2018 and they never even scheduled an appointment. However, we were incredibly impressed with Casper Tin Shop! They quickly addressed our exhaust fan issue – we were smelling burning plastic – got the parts in really fast, and were incredibly easy and friendly to work with.   “I was completely stuck when my furnace went out during that crazy cold snap – a faulty part really left us in the cold. Casper Tin Shop was amazing; they squeezed me in the next morning to get it fixed. They quickly ordered the replacement part and initially estimated around a grand for the part and labor. But what really impressed me was their proactive approach. They took it upon themselves to pursue a warranty claim, saying it was worth a shot, and it ended up paying off big time! Two weeks later, they called and said the warranty was approved, and I only owed for the labor. I saved over $800! It was so reassuring to know they were willing to go the extra mile like that.   “Don’t expect to find a bargain when it comes to tin shops or HVAC services – prices are pretty standard around here. However, these guys really stood out.
