“We’re so happy with our new mobile home from Highway 2 Mobile Homes in Cass Lake. We’d been searching for a home that fit our budget, and Bill and his team really made the process smooth and easy. From the initial purchase to the delivery by Joel and his crew to Warba, MN, and even the anchoring and skirting done by Eric and Joe, everyone was fantastic. We were especially impressed with the quality of the work – Mike from Seamless Texturing did a truly outstanding job repairing and painting the drywall, and it’s clear they’re committed to doing things right. We wholeheartedly recommend Highway 2 Mobile Homes – Bill and his team are fantastic!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Joel and his team at Highway 2 Homes. They truly saved the day! I had a really stressful situation – I’d booked another mover to move my mobile home, but they completely let me down with no warning. Suddenly, I was scrambling and getting quoted insane prices, or just being ignored. Joel was a lifesaver; he squeezed me in within just one day, even though he was incredibly busy due to the weather. He was professional, reasonable, and genuinely cared about getting the job done. I was so grateful for their service that I wanted to send flowers, though my husband thought I was being a little over the top! If you need a mobile home moved, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Highway 2 Homes.”

“On October 27th at 3:50 PM on Highway 371 heading towards Cass Lake, I was passed by a pickup truck that was driving recklessly – speeding and weaving dangerously close to my bumper. It looked like the driver might have been impaired, and we were going about 80 mph over a hill when they zoomed past. After they passed, they actually threw trash out of the window.”

“My experience with Highway 2 Homes was incredibly disappointing. From the start, it was a huge hassle to schedule an appointment – it took me five calls and three days! The salesman, Joel, knew I was two hours away, but he completely forgot about our meeting. We arrived on time, but he was nowhere to be found, and his wife essentially admitted he often forgets appointments. Then, we were left to wander the lot alone for almost 45 minutes. When Joel finally arrived, he was incredibly short and dismissive, refusing to even acknowledge our request to stop by before 5 pm. Our second visit that day was even worse – the office was a mess, and he was openly rude to another employee. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend dealing with Joel. If you’re looking for a mobile home, I’d suggest talking to Charlie at Frontier Homes, or you could check out Midway Homes in Grand Rapids – they were much more pleasant.”

Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with this experience. My friend was treated with shocking disrespect and it took months to even get a basic update on their home build. I’ve heard conversations that were completely unacceptable – a lack of accountability and genuine disregard for their concerns. It’s clear they don’t value their customers, and I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. I truly believe they’ve let a customer down, and I wouldn’t wish this kind of treatment on anyone.

“We wasted a really long drive – almost two hours – to see this mobile home, and it was completely different from the pictures online. The photos really didn’t represent the current condition of the property, and frankly, it seemed way overpriced considering it hadn’t been properly inspected or renovated like you’d expect in a typical used mobile home sale.”
-
“I’m really disappointed with this company. They’re doing a home removal job right behind my property, and frankly, they’ve been incredibly inconsiderate. They’ve trespassed on my land twice without asking, and even used our electricity. Plus, they left a significant mess in my yard after completing the work. Because I’ve never used their services before, I definitely won’t be considering them again.”
-
“Highway 2 Homes is a really trustworthy company. You can tell they genuinely value integrity, and it’s something you really feel when you work with them.”
-
“I absolutely love my new home! The team I worked with was fantastic – really easy to communicate with and they kept me updated and delivered on their promises promptly. I’d definitely recommend them.”
-
“We’re really looking forward to working with them to get our new double wide – we’re excited about the process!”
