  “I contacted them after receiving a work order from my home warranty company, and I promptly paid the TradeCall fee. Unfortunately, the plumber they sent out didn’t quite get to the root of the problem and their diagnosis was ultimately rejected by my warranty company.   “I scheduled a service appointment with Richard at Plumb AZ to fix my hot water heater, and unfortunately, things went terribly wrong. I got home from work at 4:00 PM and discovered my water softener had exploded in my garage – a complete mess!
