  Overall, the experience was a bit mixed. They were fantastic initially – really quick and efficient with the initial clean-up and getting the water out and the area dry. I’d give them a solid 5 for that part. However, the restoration process took a considerable amount of time, about two months, and it was challenging to get consistent progress. The crew was always friendly and polite, but they were juggling multiple jobs and often didn’t show up when scheduled. There were several instances where they said they’d be back the next day, but didn’t follow through, requiring us to have them return to repaint some of the ceiling. The initial clean-up also wasn’t perfect; they left a noticeable amount of dust, and we needed a second pass to address it. Despite these setbacks, the owners were responsive and addressed our concerns. The final restoration work itself received a 5. I’d recommend them, but only if you’re prepared to be actively involved in the process. report abuse

He really took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel much more at ease about the situation.
