“I wanted to share my really positive experience with Cedar Rock Barns. I ordered a garage and I was absolutely thrilled with the finished product – it looks fantastic and even matches our house perfectly! The delivery was a bit of a process – it arrived on a massive truck and they had to unload it in the road – but everyone was very professional. I especially want to commend Patti in the office; she was so incredibly sweet and helpful.”

Kevin was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to resolve any issues we had quickly and efficiently. He’s a very professional guy and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work.

Overall, my experience was pretty frustrating with the previous owners – they seemed to make a lot of promises they didn’t follow through on, and I wouldn’t trust a word they said. Cory, the salesperson, was fantastic though, and really helpful. I’m so relieved to see the new owners in place; they responded to my concerns incredibly quickly. The technicians who came out to fix the problems were excellent – professional and efficient. I’m giving the old owners one star, but the new owners definitely deserve five!

We were really pleased with the initial quick response, but unfortunately, we didn’t hear back after sending a follow-up email over a week later to schedule a tour. Due to this lack of communication, we’ve decided to move forward with another contractor. We need to ensure we have a clear line of communication established before any construction begins, and we don’t want to risk encountering the same communication challenges later in the process.
