  “We’ve been happy with our steel building since it was built back in 1987, but we did start experiencing some roof leaks around the seams and vent pipes by 2000. Thermal-Tec provided a really good quote for their MR Multi-ply system, and we appreciated the 10-year warranty. It’s amazing – after 17 years, we’ve only just had our first leak! Robert was really proactive, though, and he was able to tell us that the original membrane was still in great shape. He just suggested replacing the top coat with the reflective granules, which will extend our warranty for another 5 years. Honestly, it’s a brilliant solution, and a no-brainer!” report abuse
