  “I was really impressed with Ben’s service. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC/heating unit – a faulty motor and fried circuit board – and efficiently got it fixed by replacing both parts and installing a surge protector. What really stood out was how the company handled everything under warranty, and Ben’s professionalism throughout the whole process.   Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the service we received from Mason Pro Services. From the friendly, family-run feel of the company to the expertise of their technicians, everything exceeded our expectations. We particularly want to highlight the outstanding work of Ben, who performed a wellness check on our heat pump system. He was so thorough and professional – he even brought shoe covers to protect our home. Ben identified a critical safety issue – the lack of a condensate safety switch – and explained the potential consequences clearly. It was fantastic that he took the initiative to point this out to us. Then there was Albert, who installed our new condensing unit. He was fantastic, and we really appreciate his attention to detail. He expertly identified and corrected a problem with the refrigerant lines, giving us significant peace of mind. And both Albert and Mike were incredibly thorough during their inspections, answering all our questions and ensuring everything was done correctly. Finally, we were very impressed with Chase, the apprentice who accompanied one of the technicians. He was polite, respectful, and conscientious. It’s clear Mason Pro is investing in the next generation of skilled technicians. We’d definitely recommend Mason Pro Services and would welcome any of these technicians back to service our HVAC equipment in the future. report abuse
