We even had a sudden emergency with a leak, and John and his team responded immediately and did an amazing job repairing our downstairs ceiling – you can’t even tell there was a problem! Honestly, the pride they took in their work was just incredible, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. They kept me in the loop the entire time, which I really appreciated, and they managed to stick to both the budget and the timeline, getting me back into my house as quickly as possible. Honestly, the quality of their work was outstanding; the cabinetry, the electrical, the plumbing, and especially the gorgeous bathrooms and that stunning custom fireplace, it’s truly my favorite part of the house.   We couldn’t be happier with the recent bathroom remodel American Custom Build did for us! From start to finish, John and his team were fantastic. They really took the time to understand our vision and carefully planned and executed every detail. We especially appreciated being kept in the loop with regular updates and their responsiveness – they were always there to answer any questions we had. The quality of their work, particularly the tiling and plumbing, was outstanding, and it’s clear they’re passionate about what they do.   “We’ve been really pleased with ACB’s work on several projects. They’ve consistently impressed us with their professionalism, how well they communicate, and their attention to detail. We even had a small issue with a floating shelf about 18 months after installation, and they responded quickly and took care of it without any charge – fantastic service!
