It was a really great experience visiting the factory – Jen and the whole team were fantastic! They were so knowledgeable and welcoming, and they patiently answered all of our questions. We left with a really solid understanding of the home-building process, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out for yourself.

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that information: “We placed an order back in November 2018, and it finally arrived on the property in February 2020. Unfortunately, we’ve still not been able to move in – we’re still dealing with the issues. It’s now June 23, 2021, and we’ve had to replace a lot of the molded drywall because of a leak that’s been sitting there for a year.”

“I’m really disappointed with the website – it’s quite clunky and difficult to navigate. The biggest issue is the lack of pricing information for your models. It’s baffling that you can’t provide prices directly, especially considering the gallery’s selection. Could you please include an estimated price range for each model?”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on that text: “My experience here was unfortunately quite challenging. There was a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion hiring practices, which, frankly, seemed to create a situation where accountability was lacking. I encountered frequent issues with repairs and fixes on a recently built home, and it felt like there was a tendency for others to be expected to correct problems created by colleagues. As an ex-employee, I observed this firsthand. While I’m now happy in my current role in IT, my time here highlighted some significant organizational issues.”

“I was really disappointed with my visit. They didn’t have any Park Models on site to view, and instead only had Manufactured Homes/HUDs available. Worse yet, I received some seriously inaccurate information regarding the permitting process, which was only relevant to those types of homes. To top it off, I also overheard some negative comments about Park Models. It was a really unpleasant experience overall.”

“Champion Homes has really established a strong reputation for building fantastic, modern manufactured homes in the Southwest. It’s clear the team behind them is incredibly experienced and deeply committed to their work.”
-
“Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the condition of the house. There are quite a few issues – the drywall is cracked again, and it turns out it wasn't properly taped. The archway is also noticeably crooked, and the texture is just awful. Plus, the countertops have some chips.”
-
“We had a really positive experience visiting the Homes Direct Champion model center the Friday after Thanksgiving. We met with Larry Goodson, and he was fantastic – so warm, engaging, and genuinely helpful. It was great to connect with him.”
-
“We purchased our home back in 2022, and while we haven’t been able to pinpoint the exact year it was built – we think it was likely built in 2021. It was a really difficult time for us, as our previous home had just sold, and we needed to find a new place quickly.”
-
“I purchased my home in 2023 and overall, I’m really pleased with it – specifically the Goddard AF2856E model. However, I’ve run into a few issues. There’s a leaky faucet in the guest bathroom, right by the tub, and two of the windows are incredibly difficult to open and close. I’ve contacted the service department three months ago and haven’t received any response.”
