  It was a really great experience visiting the factory – Jen and the whole team were fantastic! They were so knowledgeable and welcoming, and they patiently answered all of our questions.   “I was really disappointed with my visit. They didn’t have any Park Models on site to view, and instead only had Manufactured Homes/HUDs available. Worse yet, I received some seriously inaccurate information regarding the permitting process, which was only relevant to those types of homes. To top it off, I also overheard some negative comments about Park Models. It was a really unpleasant experience overall.” report abuse

  “Honestly, I’m really disappointed with the condition of the house. There are quite a few issues – the drywall is cracked again, and it turns out it wasn't properly taped. The archway is also noticeably crooked, and the texture is just awful. Plus, the countertops have some chips.” report abuse

  “I purchased my home in 2023 and overall, I’m really pleased with it – specifically the Goddard AF2856E model. However, I’ve run into a few issues. There’s a leaky faucet in the guest bathroom, right by the tub, and two of the windows are incredibly difficult to open and close.
