  Koala Insulation was fantastic – I’m so glad we went with them. We were dealing with a pretty serious rodent problem in our attic and needed a complete clean-up and new insulation. We got several quotes, but Koala Insulation really stood out. Jim came out, carefully inspected the attic, and gave us a fair and honest price after seeing exactly what was involved. Some of the other companies were either ridiculously expensive or offered quotes that just seemed… well, not serious. One guy even tried to make us buy a special vacuum for him! Thankfully, Jim was completely transparent and didn't try to upsell us. The team – Jim, Bill, and the whole crew – were incredibly efficient, getting the job done within a couple of days. They completely removed the old, rat-infested insulation and sanitized the space before installing fiberglass insulation up to R-49. I felt totally comfortable trusting them, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results – the attic is now clean, properly insulated, and I couldn’t be happier! report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the service. The technician was fantastic – he was both really knowledgeable and just a genuinely nice guy. They took plenty of before-and-after photos, which was great to see the difference, and they were incredibly careful, leaving everything spotless. What really impressed me was how much time they took to explain the insulation standards beforehand, so I felt completely informed and comfortable with the process.   Koala did an absolutely fantastic job removing the insulation in our attic over the garage. The team – Simeon, Angel, and the third guy – were incredibly professional, polite, and worked together seamlessly.
