“We had a really frustrating experience with this contractor. They came to our home, provided a quote, and we agreed on a payment schedule of half upfront and half upon completion. However, the next day, they changed the terms, demanding full payment or a pre-lien, claiming it wouldn’t be processed anyway. We weren't comfortable paying the full amount beforehand, so we paid our agreed-upon half. To our surprise, they immediately filed a pre-lien for the entire job amount the very next day! It felt completely dishonest and manipulative, and we wouldn’t recommend them.”

Okay, if you’re driving a larger vehicle, like a truck with a long trailer, the best way to get in is to use Potter Street – just go through the driveway for the business next door. It’s a bit tight, but a 53’ trailer should fit.
