  “We’ve unfortunately run into some serious challenges with our current equipment. The machines have proven to be incredibly unreliable, constantly breaking down and causing significant disruptions to our production schedule. Adding to this, the lack of preventative maintenance has been a major issue. Furthermore, obtaining replacement parts has been a nightmare, and the machine manuals are not available in English, making repairs virtually impossible. We’re seriously considering exploring alternative contract providers due to these ongoing problems.” report abuse
