Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly disappointing. Dealing with them was frustrating, and I’d really appreciate a chance to discuss it further if you need any more information.

“After losing our home in a fire a couple of years ago, the idea of starting the home-buying process from scratch was incredibly daunting. We decided to handle everything ourselves, but unfortunately, that didn't go well at all. Mike and George then offered us a fully-prepared, 'turn-key' home, which was a huge relief after our previous experience.”
-
“We absolutely loved working with Fairbrook Homes. They really went above and beyond what we expected, and George and Mike were fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. It was a truly stress-free experience, and we never felt pressured at any point.”
-
“I initially contacted Mike who then forwarded me some floor plans and arranged to speak with me via email. Unfortunately, I didn’t need them and I didn’t hear back from him after that. I tried reaching out a few times, but without success.”

“We were incredibly disappointed with this contractor. They delivered the wrong house and kept our money, which we’ve been trying to recover since June 2017. Frankly, they were unwilling to address the situation, and it wasn't until we involved our attorney and the Department of Housing that we finally got a resolution after a long and frustrating year.”
-
“I want to strongly advise against working with this company. My experience has been incredibly frustrating and ultimately damaging. Since March 2017, I’ve been involved in trying to purchase a home with them, and it’s been a complete nightmare. They’ve been dishonest, acted unprofessionally, and essentially taken advantage of my time and money. I was only able to recover some funds after a prolonged and difficult struggle. Seriously, please avoid this company.”
-
“I really appreciated the speaker’s extensive experience – it was incredibly helpful in guiding me to figure out what I was looking for in my next home.”
-
“I was really disappointed with this experience. They didn’t provide any pricing information and instead directed me to a contractor, rather than working with us directly.”
