I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. George… [the rest of the text would go here]. Please reach out to me if you want more details about what happened.

“After losing our family home in a fire a couple of years ago, the idea of starting the whole home-buying process again was daunting. We decided to handle everything ourselves for our first home, but it quickly became clear that wasn’t the right approach. Mike and George really helped us out by offering a fully-equipped, ‘turn-key’ home – it was a huge relief.”
-
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Fairbrook Homes. George and Mike were incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy and comfortable. They delivered on every promise and went above and beyond – we never felt pressured at any point.”
-
“I initially contacted Mike who arranged for George to send me some floor plans and followed up via email. Unfortunately, I didn’t need them and after reaching out several times, I didn’t receive a response. I eventually called back and mentioned George’s name, but it didn’t lead to any further communication.”

“We were incredibly disappointed with this contractor. They provided us with the wrong house and kept our deposit money, despite our repeated attempts to get it back since June 2017. Frankly, they were unwilling to resolve the issue, and we had to involve our attorney and the Department of Housing to finally get things sorted out after a year of frustration.”

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. Honestly, I strongly advise against working with them. I’ve been dealing with issues since March 2017 while trying to purchase a home, and it’s been a nightmare. They’ve been dishonest, treated me unfairly, and frankly, their conduct has been completely unprofessional. I ended up losing time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

“I really appreciated the speaker’s extensive experience – it was incredibly helpful in clarifying what I was looking for in my next home.”
-
I was really disappointed with my recent experience. They didn’t provide any pricing information, and instead directed me to speak with a contractor directly – which wasn't helpful for me.
