  “We were really pleased with the whole experience with Tru Line. They painted the exterior of our single-story house and did a fantastic job – they took care of all the prep work and cleanup, and it was incredibly thorough. We did find a couple of minor things after they finished, but they were quick to address them and we were happy with the resolution.   “I was really pleased with Randy and his crew’s painting work on my house during Thanksgiving week – they did a fantastic job both inside and out, including the pool deck. However, just five months later, I noticed significant chipping and the original paint color was reappearing in several spots on the deck. I contacted Randy about this and he promised to investigate twice, but I haven’t heard back from him since. It’s clear he doesn’t stand behind his work, and given the lack of response, I can only give this a 2-star rating.” report abuse
