  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the recent paint project Unforgettable Coatings completed for our 209 townhome community. Ricardo Martinez, our project manager, was fantastic – he really kept everything running smoothly. He consistently communicated updates and provided professional reports, and he was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Ricardo proactively took photos when unexpected issues arose and worked quickly to find solutions, which was hugely appreciated. The quality of the paintwork itself was outstanding, and the team handled the cleanup efficiently with minimal disruption.   “I can’t honestly say I was impressed with this painting company. They were incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, caused a huge amount of damage to our property. They were two weeks late showing up, leaving our patio and yard completely exposed to the weather and attracting dirt and debris. Then, during the job itself, they power washed without cleaning up the mess, scattering paint chips and wood everywhere, and even left a terrible water stain on our new windows. They dismissed our concerns about the mess and, unbelievably, told us to just mow over the paint chips! On top of that, they knocked over a plant, broke a cactus, and blocked our doorways for a whole day. It was just a series of careless mistakes and a complete lack of respect for our property. The paint job itself was also substandard – already bubbling in some spots and leaving paint on the dividing wall. It’s clear they simply weren’t prepared for a job of this size, and the whole experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.” report abuse
