  Phx Home Remodeling completely exceeded our expectations with our kitchen remodel. We’d had some bad experiences with other contractors in the past, but we were incredibly confident after Nicole’s fantastic work designing our bathroom a few years back. Nicole really understood our vision from the start, translating our inspiration photos into a beautiful and functional kitchen design. Throughout the entire process, communication was fantastic – we appreciated the quick responses we received through BuilderTrend, text messages, and phone calls. Steve, our lead builder, was a true professional; he kept everything incredibly clean, kept us updated daily, and was always willing to accommodate our special requests. His workmanship was outstanding, and he was genuinely a pleasure to work with. We also wanted to give a special shout-out to Lupe for the beautiful tile work and Dean for his excellent work on the baseboards and cooktop hood. They handled the addition of the fireplace remodel and baseboard replacement with the same seamless professionalism. Honestly, we’re absolutely thrilled with the finished kitchen – it's exactly what we dreamed of! The whole team was skilled, considerate, and a joy to have in our home. We really appreciated their design-build approach – they were so patient with us as we navigated the design and selection process, which was a bit hectic with our busy lives. They took care of a lot, including renovating two full bathrooms, a partial bathroom, and replacing our kitchen countertop and sink. It was great that they worked around our schedule and allowed us to complete the projects in stages, ensuring we always had a functioning bathroom. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process; Steve and Aaron were incredibly friendly and made us feel completely at ease having them in our home.   Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with this company! I’m a real home remodeling enthusiast – I’ve learned the hard way to do your research, and I’m so glad I found these two brothers running the show. They’re incredibly honest, really good communicators, and they actually listen to what you want. They completely transformed our bathroom and guest room into a stunning ensuite. The designer was amazing; she truly brought my vision to life, even exceeding my expectations. I had this elaborate idea of a Mediterranean-style bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a tiled shower with frosted glass, and gold accents – and I wanted to do it without breaking the bank! They managed to create a steam shower for me, without the expensive plumbing, and they sourced gorgeous, high-quality materials, including sinks from Morocco and mirrors from Turkey, all while staying within my budget. What really set them apart was their willingness to work with me on every detail. They’d ask me what I wanted, what I wanted to spend, and then they’d come up with creative solutions to make it happen. They were so flexible and accommodating, constantly suggesting alternatives and incorporating my "whims" and finds. It felt like a true partnership. The whole team – the brothers, the designer, and the workers – were fantastic. They were professional, polite, and incredibly considerate of our family and pets. They kept us updated on the progress every day, and they left the house spotless after each day’s work. Seriously, they felt like part of the family!
