“We hired Andrew to assess our load-bearing wall, and his initial report was satisfactory. However, we quickly had some follow-up questions, and unfortunately, he left the country without a way for anyone to assist us. Weeks went by before we could get in touch with him, and it became clear he wasn't supported by anyone else. I was really disappointed with this lack of support and now I’m left needing to find another engineer to complete the work.”

“I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s handling of our foundation issue. The representative was dismissive and frankly, quite condescending. We contacted them after our builder reported a pump failure during the pour, which resulted in significant cracks even after we tensioned the foundation. They then had to do extensive grinding and remove large sections to correct the bowing. To make matters worse, instead of addressing our concerns, the representative made a completely inappropriate and sexist remark, suggesting we were being overly sensitive about the appearance of the cracks – essentially dismissing our worries as stemming from our gender. It felt like a complete lack of professionalism and respect.”
