“I’ve been working with Andrew Netupsky and Structural Engineers Company since 2015, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Andrew is incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and he always responds promptly to my needs, no matter the size of the project – from large developments to smaller jobs. His designs are consistently excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend his company.”
-
“We hired Andrew to assess our load-bearing wall, and his initial report was satisfactory. However, we had some follow-up questions, and unfortunately, he left the country and was completely unreachable for weeks. When we were finally able to get in touch with him, it was clear he hadn’t prepared anyone to handle his absence, which was really disappointing. As a result, we now need to find another engineer to continue the project.”

I was incredibly disappointed with this company’s response. The representative was dismissive and frankly, quite condescending. When I contacted them about a foundation issue resulting from a faulty pump during our new build, he immediately reacted in a way that felt incredibly misogynistic, suggesting my concerns were simply due to me being a “fussy woman” worried about the appearance of a few cracks. Given the significant issues – severe cracks despite tensioning and extensive grinding/removal – and the builder’s decision to bring in their own engineer, his reaction was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
-
“This was a really positive experience. They were incredibly knowledgeable and got things done efficiently. It was great to work with them – they were always on time and happy to adjust to our schedule and meet whenever necessary.”
-
“I was really impressed with the whole experience – they were incredibly knowledgeable and handled everything so professionally. I couldn’t be happier with the results.”
-
“I’ve had a really positive experience working with this company – I’ve been involved twice now and both times it’s gone very well.”
