  I had a really frustrating experience with one pool company – it seemed they were incredibly busy which unfortunately led to a slow response. I contacted them about a broken filter and, after providing photos and details, they assured me they’d bring the part and that it would take a week. Then, completely out of the blue, no communication for three days. I ended up going to Premier Pool, and Alton was amazing! He not only had the correct part, but he stayed late to ensure I was taken care of and even made sure I had all the necessary o-rings. He fixed the filter in just 20 minutes for a much fairer price of $74.43. It was such a stark contrast to the other company's suggestion to just replace the entire filter, and their inflated pricing. Alton and Premier Pool truly demonstrated integrity and excellent customer service – I highly recommend them! report abuse

  “I’m extremely disappointed with Premier Pools this summer. I’ve been a customer for three years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced so many problems. I had them do their annual summer pool cleanup, but the pool was still brown and visibly dirty after they left. When I contacted them, the representative, Al, essentially told me that their definition of a clean pool was different from my own. I ended up paying an additional $300 for them to return and still couldn’t get the pool properly cleaned – I had to do it myself. To add to this, they quoted me an outrageous $2,000 for a filter, while I could have purchased the same one online for $400. It seems like they were just inflating the installation costs. Honestly, it felt like a complete rip-off, and I’ve now taken my business elsewhere – I’d strongly recommend you do the same.” report abuse

  Aldon and his team provided fantastic support when my MasterTemp 250 heater wouldn’t turn on after the winter. They were incredibly helpful, sending me detailed troubleshooting steps and suggesting potential parts. Within about 45 minutes, they had it fixed – it turned out to be a blocked fan motor (AFS) that they quickly cleaned and replaced.
