Overall, my experience at The Edition on Rosemary wasn’t great. While the building itself is attractive, it feels like the construction was rushed and there are some serious issues that need to be addressed. There’s significant water flooding in the areas between the buildings, and the drainage in the parking deck is completely inadequate – it’s creating large pools around the stairs. Because of this, all my doors are constantly swinging open, which is really inconvenient. Having worked in construction for many years, I can confidently say the quality of the work is unacceptable and I wouldn't use those subcontractors again.

Aimee at the front desk was fantastic – she really went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues quickly and efficiently.
