“I was really frustrated with their communication. When I called to inquire about building an outdoor deck, I got completely lost and kept being transferred to different departments. It was incredibly confusing and made it impossible to get my question answered – I heard someone say ‘beck’ or ‘becc’ repeatedly. It’s unacceptable that a company doesn’t offer a live phone service.”
