He handled everything from the initial survey to a detailed utility and modal survey, and the quality of his work was truly outstanding. What really stood out was his responsiveness – he always answered his phone and his staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Plus, his pricing was very reasonable.   I recently looked up the contact information for Boston Survey Group because a friend was asking for a recommendation. While I was on their website, I wanted to share my positive experience from a project we had a couple of years ago. George was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything clearly and delivered the job exactly when he said he would.   “I contacted them to get a quote for a property survey on our Milton home. They got back to me a few days later and unfortunately, they’re not taking on new clients outside of Suffolk County at the moment. It would have been really helpful if this limitation was mentioned on their contact form.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. I initially requested a proposal on a Monday and was assured it would be completed by Thursday. After no action, I followed up again the following week and was given another vague timeline. Despite repeating all the details, including the fact that this was a new construction project, I still hadn’t received a proposal. Then, when I called back about a different project, the person who answered was completely unprofessional – he was rude, interrupting me and ultimately refused to even consider a proposal for my new project before just hanging up. The whole experience was shockingly poor in terms of communication and customer service. report abuse

  George from Boston Survey was fantastic to work with. He’s a really skilled civil engineer and I hired him for two projects in Quincy – he was incredibly reliable, professional, and the price was very reasonable.
