  “I’ve been a Sol Power customer since 2016 when I had a 9.8 kW system installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I went with the upfront payment option and the PBI plan, and the system’s been performing great – it’s completely paid for itself and now I’m actually getting money back! Recently, I had a small issue with the inverter, but Sol Power responded incredibly quickly. Tyler came out to my house within a few days with a replacement, and I was back up and running in no time. Honestly, it’s made a huge difference to have a company like Sol Power – one that’s been around and stands behind its work. It’s so reassuring knowing they’ll be there if you need them.   Overall, we had a really positive experience with Sol Power installing our 8.5 kW solar system. We chose them initially because of the great support they offered during the initial planning stages, and we’d heard good things from other customers. They really took care of everything upfront – from getting the permits and navigating the RI REF grant process, to handling all the paperwork for National Grid. The installation itself went incredibly smoothly, even with the supply chain delays caused by Covid. The team was fantastic, especially considering they were working on our high, steep-pitched roof! They were professional, competent, and we really appreciated how carefully they worked. After the system was up and running, Sol Power continued to impress us with their support. They provided us with all the necessary documentation, including the tax credit form, and even gave us training on how to use the SolarEdge app to monitor our system’s performance. We waited a year to give this review so we could see how the system actually performed, and we were pleasantly surprised to find that it exceeded the original projections by a little – about 100 kWh in the first year! It’s great to see them delivering on their promises. We’re very happy with the entire project and Sol Power’s team. Now we’re just waiting for our backup battery system to arrive – hopefully it won’t get too much more expensive! report abuse

The installation crew was fantastic – so friendly, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated on their schedule. They installed a 20-panel array and upgraded my service panel, and honestly, I’m generating more electricity than I’m using, even with the short winter days – my meter’s going negative most days! They were so well-organized and kept us completely up-to-date on the schedule, and the work itself was completed amazingly quickly – just two days as promised.   Jack and Kathy Mahoney had a fantastic experience with Sol Power. The installation was incredibly smooth – the technicians did a great job getting the panels up on their high roof, even in the rain, and the whole process took just two days.
