  Brian and his team did a fantastic job – they really went above and beyond to fit us in, even with their busy schedule. The split rail fencing and gates they installed were absolutely beautiful and surprisingly affordable. We’d definitely recommend them! report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received. After a storm damaged part of my fence, I got an estimate quickly – he came out on Saturday. He followed up on Monday to see if I was ready to schedule the repair, and the work was done beautifully by Tuesday morning. The fence looks fantastic, and I especially appreciated that he took care of a smaller repair for free. He was incredibly professional and I’d definitely recommend him.” report abuse

  I was incredibly frustrated with this company. Back in August, I got an estimate for replacing a gate, shed door, and some damaged wooden gate pieces. They took photos, assured me they could complete the work, and promised an email estimate within a few days. I waited two weeks with no response, so I called to check on the estimate. I was told someone would contact me immediately, but another two weeks passed without a call. I left a message again, and finally received a callback – only to be informed they’d lost my original estimate and needed to revisit the job. To add insult to injury, they then told me they don't replace wooden shed doors, which contradicted the initial assessment made by the person who came to look at the door. Ultimately, I spent two months chasing this project for absolutely nothing. Adding to the problem, after I posted my concerns, Mr. Massey contacted me, claiming I was defaming his character and accusing me of behaving in an unChristian manner. It was a truly unsettling and unprofessional experience. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with the new deck – it looks fantastic and was built very well. The workmanship is excellent. However, the project took a little longer than initially anticipated, partly because of some unexpected rain, and we also faced some challenges with communication and getting materials delivered promptly. While the final result is absolutely beautiful, the cost ended up being slightly higher than we’d budgeted. report abuse

  Massey Fence did a fantastic job installing our chainlink fence about five years ago. It’s still looking great and in excellent condition – honestly, it looks just like the day they put it up!   Overall, Massey did an absolutely fantastic job with my fence installation. They really take their time and don’t rush the process – I was so relieved they weren't trying to cut corners and risk a poor-quality result. They kept me completely in the loop about any delays caused by the weather and were always reliable with their appointments. There was a minor issue with some vinyl and a few posts settling slightly after installation, but they addressed it quickly and efficiently when I called, coming back to fix the problem completely.
