“I was really disappointed with this surveying company. I hired them to conduct three surveys – boundary, topography, and utility marking – for my land purchase, and they ultimately didn’t complete the final survey. What’s worse, I received a topographic survey that was clearly fraudulent and the boundary survey had significant errors I can’t confidently rely on. I ended up having to hire a new surveyor to correct the issues. They also didn't respond to my attempts to discuss the problem. They initially quoted a price of $500 for the utility marking and $950 for the other surveys, but increased that $500 to $750 before sending it to me. Looking back, I should have been more cautious. It’s a valuable lesson learned – definitely do your research and choose a surveyor you can trust!”

“I was really disappointed with the pricing. They quoted me an exorbitant $650 for a simple fence survey, while other companies were offering the same service for around $300. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company – the prices are significantly higher than what’s available elsewhere.”

“Overall, this is a really great surveying company. The team is consistently professional and friendly – a pleasure to work with.”
