  “I’m usually pretty jaded about surveys – I get so many that are just missing key measurements or are impossible to read. But the survey I just received from Lucas-Forman was genuinely fantastic. They included detailed architectural plans, even with the dimensions for the back porch, which is a really thoughtful addition.
