I had a really frustrating experience trying to buy a trailer from this company. I messaged them through Facebook and asked them to hold one for me until 3:40 pm. I left immediately, and then at 3:25 pm I texted to let them know I was on my way. Unfortunately, I received a message back saying they’d already sold it to someone else – and they’d offered that person more money. It was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I’d definitely advise caution when dealing with this company.
