  Overall, I’m really pleased with our experience with Loomis. I waited until the one-year workmanship warranty was up before writing this, and during that time they’ve been fantastic. They’ve been incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, and they’ve truly gone above and beyond to resolve things. A huge thank you to Jeremy – he’s been amazing throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for a new construction home in one of the areas where they’re building, I’d definitely recommend Loomis. report abuse

  “We absolutely love our home in the Winkler neighborhood – it’s been a fantastic experience overall. Loomis really went above and beyond to address any questions or concerns we had, even after we moved in.   We absolutely love our new home from Loomis Homes – it’s been such a wonderful experience! We’ve already hired them to complete our basement, and during our first year living here, we’ve been so impressed with their responsiveness. They even went above and beyond, fixing issues with the yard grading and building a retaining wall to address a very steep slope.   We absolutely love our new Loomis home in Belle Plaine – it’s been such a smooth transition for us, especially since we moved back from out of state. Jeremy Hage was truly a lifesaver throughout the whole process. From the very beginning, he made us feel so welcome and comfortable with our new build, patiently answering every single one of our questions and even sending us helpful information to keep us informed. He was incredibly responsive, always calling us back right away when we had a new idea or concern, and we never felt like our questions were too small. It was so reassuring knowing we could rely on him. We recently completed our one-year walkthrough and were once again amazed by Jeremy’s genuine care and attention to detail – he even surprised our son with a little treat from school!   Overall, we absolutely adore our new home – the location, lot, and layout were exactly what we were looking for. While we wished we’d had a bit more variety in choices during the build process, it’s actually given us a fantastic chance to personalize the house and add some unique character. We really appreciate how Loomis kept us informed throughout the whole process, especially considering the challenges with supply chain delays during the pandemic. And we’d like to especially commend their warranty coordinator; they were incredibly helpful in addressing a few small issues after we moved in. report abuse
