  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with Hancock Building Associates! From start to finish, they’ve been fantastic. Being able to finally spread out into our new space has made a huge difference – bedtime routines for the kids are so much smoother and we absolutely love the finished rooms. We especially want to thank Darrell, Kevin, and the whole team for being incredibly considerate, especially when working around the family living in half the house during the construction. It was a huge help and really made the project manageable. They completed the work so quickly, which we were amazed by, and even our dog seems to love her new space! Throughout the whole process, we’ve been consistently impressed with their progress, their willingness to work with us, our architect, and our structural engineer. We wholeheartedly recommend Darrell and Hancock to anyone looking for a contractor in this area – we’ve even had neighbors stopping by to admire the work and say they’re considering using them for their own projects!   Darrell and his team did an absolutely fantastic job renovating my kitchen and bathroom. They were incredibly professional, always responsive to my questions and concerns, and really paid attention to the details – I couldn't be happier with the finished result.
